Firstly, Passport II Pro has 61W Power Delivery, while Passport 30W has 30W Power Delivery. Secondly, Passport II Pro upgrades to 5 USB ports (2x USB-C & 3x USB-A) and 10A auto-resetting fuse while Passport 30W has 4 USB ports and 6A auto-resetting fuse. Though Passport II Pro has more powerful features and performance, it is 20% smaller than Passport 30W.
