Are Limitless 3.0 cases compatible with Apple’s MagSafe® ecosystem of wireless chargers and accessories? Apple’s MagSafe Wireless Chargers will charge your iPhone 12 through a Limitless 3.0 case, and you will get a high-speed charge. To ensure that you get an optimised charge, you need to ensure that the charger is properly in line with your phone. To do so, you will need to manually position the charger slightly above-centre on the back of your case - directly on top of the Apple logo on the back of your phone. You’ll know when it’s in the correct position because you’ll feel a slight magnetic pull between your phone and the charger, you’ll hear the characteristic Apple charging sound, and the MagSafe charging icon will appear on your phone screen.
However, you will not experience the full possible extent of magnetic alignment with a Limitless 3.0 case. This is because our Limitless 3.0 cases are designed for maximum protection and are therefore thicker than Apple’s MagSafe cases.
If you would like to utilise the full possibilities of MagSafe magnetic alignment and still have a supremely protective phone case, we would recommend that you use a Clarity case(Click here). The full magnetic connection between your iPhone 12 and the MagSafe charger will still occur through a Clarity case and our Clarity cases are designed for extreme protection.
The magnetic design of the iPhone 12 does not interfere with our Limitless 3.0 system. Our full range of accessories, including card wallets, mounts and our AutoAlignPlus™ Wireless Chargers work perfectly with a Limitless 3.0 case on an iPhone 12 device.
