What is “Best Price Guarantee”? This program is offered by Storming Gravity Sdn Bhd. We promised you the lowest price offered on the products and only valid by fulfilling the terms and conditions below. By filing a claim or otherwise seeking to take advantage of the Program, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Verification: The best price guarantee applies only to prices both advertised and available to the general public on an authorised Malaysian agent or any website at the time of verification.
Eligibility For Non-Early Bird Purchase: This program is applicable to buyers who are interested in our products and have not make any purchase yet. In case of the purchase has been made, we will only issue gift card / cash coupon on the difference of the verified amount.
Eligibility for Early Bird Purchase: The request of refund of difference will only be accepted within 30 days from the date of order. After your request is approved, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Example rates that are INELIGIBLE in The Best Price Guaranteed program include, but not limited to, the following:
1. Rates that are not visible to the general public such as negotiated rates, member or loyalty rates, group rates, corporate rates.
2. Rates on auction websites or any similar process.
3. Rates that are conditional, or a price determined after the allowance of any amount for or the product is part of a promotion involving, delivery, bundling, rebates, cash back offer, free, bonus offer, trade discount, stock clearance or limited quantity promotion.
4. Rates that are offered using a specific credit card, discount code, incentive, coupon or direct mail offer.
5. Rates that are obtained due to members benefits, lowest price offered by competitors cannot be any kind of membership promotion.
Authorised Agent: The other website or company must be local (i.e. Malaysia) authorised agent of the product’s brand. Storming Gravity Sdn Bhd has the final say in the legitimacy of the other seller.
Currency: The rates from the other website or company must be quoted in MYR / USD.
All price guaranteed are subject to verification by Storming Gravity Sdn Bhd. A website link is required for verification and we must be able to verify all elements and required terms found on the other websites. The cost at the time of verification must be lower than Storming Gravity selling price.
Storming Gravity Sdn Bhd do not accept screenshots or any conversation on social apps as sole evidence due to the ease of modification or alternation of such imagery and unauthorised promised by other sellers.
Once the best price is agreed from both parties, Storming Gravity and customer, any changes on the price is ineligible.
Resale of your offer via the Best Price Guarantee is strictly prohibited. In the event we believe that an offer eligible for the Best Price Guarantee has been resold or intentionally abused to circumvent its intent, we reserve the right to reject future Best Price Guarantee claims from any persons who participated in such actions.
Products from another website or other seller must be new, authentic, cannot be second-hand or refurbished.
The product reported on the competitor website must be in stock (not sold out or at backorder) and remain available to purchase online at the lower price at the time we conduct our price check.
If the purchase is not made yet, after the price is offered, any type of payment must be made by customer within three days of the offer via Best Price Guarantee. We will automatically cancel the offer if any failure to complete this action.
Storming Gravity reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter, update, restrict Terms and Conditions at any time, for no reason, to discontinue or cancel Best Price Guarantee without prior notice.
The Terms and Conditions will be in effect at the time you are under Best Price Guarantee program.
By receiving offer from Best Price Guarantee, you agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless to Storming Gravity Sdn Bhd from all claims or damages arising out of any use or misuse of the program.
