Does it comes with the microsd card?
Standard package does not come with an microSD card. For microSD card inclusion please select a different deal combination other than the standard package.
How does QUBII work?
1. Insert microSD card into Qubii’s SD card slot, and connect Qubii to your power adapter.
2. Connect Qubii and your device with lightning cable.
3. Follow the on-screen prompt to download Qubii App via App Store and proceed with setup.
4. Your backup will automatically begin once you’ve completed setup tutorial.
Can I use the same IPAD on the same QUBII?
Yes, Qubii is capable of backing up multiple devices. Qubii recognizes different devices and will backup items under different folder.
Does it backup overnight while it charges
Qubii backs up whenever, day or night, while charging your device. Qubii software identifies new files/photos to proceed with backup based on your last set of backups. The initial backup may take awhile; subsequent backups take seconds.
Which type should I choose?
The Qubii Duo is connected to your power adaptor, instead of directly onto your phone, so if you power adaptor is Type-C, get the Type-C, if it's Type-A, get the Type-A instead. Here's an example of how type-A and type-C connector look like.
