Shipping policy

Storming Gravity offers various shipping way so you can get your shipment in a low cost and fast way. We are a little bit different, some products are open for pre-order because of the reason below:

1) Some customers are okay to wait a little longer for the colour they prefer.

2) We have ordered the product from the brand and it is on the way to our premise.

3) We work with the brand for launching pre-order campaign so that we can work better on inventory management.

When you reach the page of your favourite product, select the variant button (instead of photo) and the availability will show right after the variant (if any). In our example below, the Nightsky colour is ready in stock and the Midnight colour is at backorder with an estimated shipping date.

If the product has a 'Pre-order now' button with estimated shipping in 2-3 weeks , it means that we have not placed an order with the brand but we can do so once we receive order from you.

If the product has an outdated shipping date, it means that we are still waiting for stock arrival or there's some glitch in our website coding (please let us know).

We encourage our beloved customer (you) to notice the inventory status to prevent disappointment, if you love to have confirmation, you can always send a WhatsApp message to us, for the refund of pre-order product, please check our policy here.

If the product is ready in stock, or once the product reaches our office, here are the modes of Delivery:

Within Malaysia: 

Standard Delivery will be handled by GD Express (1-2 working days to city for ready stock item), duty/tax are included for Malaysia delivery. 

Local Delivery (Selected Area within Klang Valley): If you can't wait to get your purchase, we can offer same day delivery by Grab / Lalamove or other service provider depends on your location, if your order contains pre-order item, we will only ship the whole order when they are ready. If your location is eligible for it, you will see the option while you're selecting shipping method. If you are unsure, please check with our WhatsApp.

Singapore:

FedEx Priority & Priority Express usually arrive next working day after we ship. FedEx Economy may take up to 2 days after we ship. From 7 Sept 2023, we will collect the GST during the checkout process, you won't need to pay any extra after the delivery. 

If you made the order on or before 1 Sept 2023, you will need to pay the GST after the successful delivery as tax was not included during the checkout.

International (other than Malaysia, Singapore) :

FedEx, DHL. A Duty/Tax/VAT may be incurred when the good enter your country, please check with your local authority for more information. The receiver of the parcel is responsible for the extra fee incurred.

Self Pick Up:

If you stay in Klang Valley and wish to pick up the product by yourself, our store is located at ecoSky, Jalan Kuching, KL, Malaysia and you can pick it up yourself without any charges! Appointments are required.

Please do not arrange Grab/Lalamove driver to collect your order, if you wish to receive your item on the same day, please select "Local Delivery" at the shipping page.
