How long will it take Base Station Pro to charge my phone to 100%?
On the current software and with the phone locked, we are seeing charging times of:
• iPhone 11 Pro: ~4 hours
• iPhone 11: ~4.5 hours
• iPhone 11 Pro Max: ~5 hours
Wireless charging rates are reduced when your phone screen is active such as being on a call or Zoom, video streaming, or browsing the web.
Charging speed is also affected by being in a high-temperature room. Placing the charger on an insulating surface like a bed or carpet may increase the device's temperature. The thickness of the case used on your phone and other more subtle factors can also affect charging times.
How many devices can Base Station Pro charge?
Base Station can charge up to 3 devices at once.
Does Base Station Pro work with all cases?
Base Station Pro is compatible with most device cases, although we do not recommend a wallet style case with cards in the back.

Proprietary FreePower® algorithms rapidly locate your device, creating virtual coils directly under your phone or other Qi enabled device. This is accomplished by 18 dedicated charging coils that intelligently work together to form an electromagnetic coupling to your device's power receiver.
